Everyday Careline’s team of dedicated, highly-skilled care professionals head out to help the vulnerable at home.
Why care?
Careline Homecare has been providing leading homecare to the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable across the North.
Supported by experts in their fields and a team of dedicated branch managers, we recruit care professionals who have the passion and drive to help those less fortunate.
Our care professionals play a key role in allowing our customers to live independently and happily in their own homes. As domiciliary care becomes a more feasible, affordable, and comfortable option over traditional care homes, our staff endeavour to keep our customers living on their own terms despite age, disease, or injury.
The Job Description
Providing vital care, assistance, and companionship to customers who gladly need it, we regularly recruit for care professionals across the North of England as our business grows.
As a carer, you’ll help people live in their own homes as independently as they can. You’ll assist with everything from day-to-day chores around the home to more personal care like assisting individuals with getting dressed in the morning, using the toilet, and bathing. A friend indeed to a friend in need, as we say.
Training
For those who are new to the care sector, Careline provides all required training, which forms part of a 12-week programme.
During your training, you’ll cover all required aspects of care work. This includes the basics of care, everyday duties, health, hygiene, how best to communicate with customers, and protecting an individual’s privacy. Wherever possibly, we sit down with clients to design a care plan based on their specific needs. As their care professional, you’ll work to deliver this plan.
Care professional benefits
- All induction and on-going training is provided – no previous experience necessary.
- Opportunities to work with older people and adults with learning disabilities and dementia.
- Flexible hours, paid mileage (dependent on location), referral bonuses, and a generous benefits package.
